Online access settings 2

This window allows the user to set the parameters for online access for client's login, password and notification.

How to define Online access login settings.

To access this window, go to System/Configuration/Online access settings, the following screen appears.

Client login: There are three option as listed below:

System Generated: This is a login with a system generated user ID that was sent at registration of online clients.
Client Number: When this option is selected the clients will login using their client numbers. This client number will be as was generated by the system at registration.
Reference number: Checking this option means clients will log in using the reference number

Notification:

None: When the notification is at none it means that no notifications will be sent to the client.
By email: When this option is selected then the client will get notifications by email on his account.
By SMS: When this option is selected then the client will get notifications by SMS on his account.

Minimum password width:

Client: Set here the Password length based on the number of characters for the Clients, they range from 6-15.
User: Set here the Password length based on the number of characters for the Users, they range from 6-15.
